Meet your on floor Manager - Scott Callaghan


Scott is the On-Floor Club Manager here at Your Fitness. Whether you need friendly assistance or tips, a detailed fitness program or one-on-one personal training with quick results, he is here to help you.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science
Certificate III and IV Personal Training
Senior First Aid
Fully qualified Thump instructor

Because our bodies and our lifestyles differ, so too should our training regimes. I know that what works for one person won’t always work for the next. To find a training program that suits not just your body but also your lifestyle, you need to do more than just read a book – you need
to DO IT!

Having just completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science Degree, and about to undertake a Masters of Strength and Conditioning, I’m well equipped to help you find a program that will give you results AND fit
into your lifestyle.

With a background in team sports like Rugby League and Surfboat Rowing, I’ve reaped the benefits of not only having a program to follow, but also having someone to help get me through when things are tough.
