Our Les Mills group fitness classes are choreographed workouts which take activities like cycling, dance, weightlifting and yoga, set them to amazing music and deliver fabulous results! We also offer specialty classes such as Boxing, Yoga and Abdominal training to ensure all your training needs are met.
Led by our team of expert instructors,both our Les Mills and freestyle classes are designed for all fitness levels and are achievable for everyone. Whether you are just starting out, you feel unfit or overweight, even if you are pregnant- we will make you feel comfortable and part of our group fitness team as you cycle, dance, run or box your way closer to your health and fitness goals!

Do I need to bring anything to the Less Mills or freestyle group fitness classes?
Ensure you have a towel, a drink and enclosed shoes. Grip Socks must be purchased from reception for Your Barre classes ($10) & BYO mats for Yoga, BodyBalace, Barre and Pilates (also available for purchase from reception $20)
Will I be able to keep up with everyone? I am unfit and not very coordinated!
YES! All our Les Mills and freestyle group fitness classes are designed for all levels of fitness (and co ordination) and you will find low impact and low intensity options offered throughout your class. If you are really worried, just speak to your instructor before the class starts and they'll help you out.
Do I need to reserve a spot in the Les Mills or freestyle group fitness classes?
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the group fitness class starts and pick u a class card from reception. Your instructor will collect it from you at the beginning of class. RPM bikes are limited so get in early and don't miss out!
When will I see results?
Like any group fitness program, consistency is the key. After a few classes you will feel motivated and energized but don't expect physical results straight away. Changes in your body shape, physical fitness, strength building and flexibility all take time and dedication to achieve, so keep working at it and before you know it- you'll be achieving your best!
