I've been in the fitness industry for over two decades, with the last 17 years spent as a CrossFit Coach and Children's Coach.
As a single Mum of two epic kids, I don't adhere to the "no excuses" or "everyone has the same 24hrs in a day" mindset. Through my own journey with sporting injury and chronic illness, I understand how to make fitness "fit" into your life, minus the overwhelm.
Our work together is centred around helping find solutions that empower you to take the wheel and make your strength and wellness a priority, rather than an afterthought. I'll be your biggest cheerleader, but also don't think you'll be getting away without meeting some version of a burpee in our time together!
What really makes me tick is seeing you achieve things you didn't think were possible. I'm #notaninfluencer; I'm about real people and real results. You won't get a "12 Week Challenge" or "6 week Shred" on my team; I'm all about the long game. My goal is to help you nail those little "one percenters" each day for lasting change.
In the gym you'll find me spending a lot of my time working with high-performance kids and teens sporting groups, but I get just as much of a kick helping Mums, Dads and Nanas find joy in movement.
I'm super passionate about pre/post natal and pregnancy and fertility care.
Through my own lived experience, I'd love to help you with your injury rehabilitation, chronic health issues, chronic pain and training with disabilities. I'm also a Neurospicy nerd, and understand the unique challenges of making a fitness routine work around neurodivergence in both kids and adults. I offer trauma informed support, and am also experienced in gender-affirming care.

A LITTLE BIT MORE
On the weekends you'll find me outdoors with my kids! I am mad about camping, hiking, waterfall hopping and love a good mossy log. I love to cook, and making nutritious food enjoyable and FUN is my jam. If I'm ever sitting still, it will be with a book; historical novels, swords, warriors, or crime thrillers all the way.
I've long since retired from CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting competition, but you're likely to see me on the platform again at some point in Powerlifting, or being roped into a leg of a triathlon last minute |
