||Marsha's experience in the Fitness Industry began over 6 years ago when she started teaching Group Fitness Classes, however her passion for health and fitness started at a very early age through her involvement in little athletes as a junior to competing in team sports at a competitive level in her teens. After years of competing in a variety of team sports, Marsha realised her true desire is similar to that of every client, to stay generally fit and healthy so she can enjoy her passions of surfing, wakeboarding and netball.|
Marsha shows true commitment to the fitness industry and brings this to her clients, gaining loyalty, trust and respect as a professional health consultant. As a personal trainer Marsha likes to focus on the enjoyable, fun side of working out and with fresh, motivational sessions she will have you working at a fitness level you never thought possible. She has worked with a variety of clients whose goals range from general fitness, strength training, weight loss and toning.
Leading a busy lifestyle herself & working in excess of a "typical" full time week Marsha understands the obstacles many clients face in relation to fitting exercise into a hectic lifestyle however, she also believes everybody can find time in their week for the most important thing in the world ... YOU!!
Marsha is extremely passionate about encouraging more and more people to perceive health and fitness as an integral part of a well balanced life. She is highly energetic and motivated and gains great satisfaction from assisting clients reach their health and fitness goals.
