Growing up in Central Victoria I have always led an active lifestyle with plenty of land to run around and work on. After high school I joined the Royal Australian Navy and that is where I fell in love with the gym and all things fitness. During my time in the Navy I learned to be creative with work outs as I spent a lot of time at sea or moving from location to location. After 4.5 years in the Navy I decided I wanted to pursue my passion and give the fitness industry a crack enrolling to study with Fit College. I completed my course at the end of 2021 and started my own Personal Training business which I have loved!
|Throughout my studies I have learnt that there is no "one size fits all" formula. I understand that each person I train has different goals and motivation and I am very passionate about helping everybody find their ideal workout and feel good about themselves. |
For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It's about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.
I used to be super intimidated by the gym environment, so I'd like to help everyone feel confident and comfortable to work towards whatever goal they have.
I believe that fitness should be fun and not a chore! I also think that anybody can give it a go, whether it's the first time you've ever stepped foot in a gym for the 100th time this month!
