I started out my fitness journey as an athlete. I was 17 when I first stepped into a gym and I had no idea what to do. Over time I built up my confidence and started to build results. Fortunately, I was in some awesome gyms with great coaches and spent the next 10 years becoming an expert in human movement and goal orientated training.
Through discipline and determination, I managed to progress into the NRL systems playing Rugby League at the Eels, Titans and NQ Cowboys. I also had a long spanning career in the Q-Cup with both the Tweed Head Seagulls and finishing at the Northern Pride in Cairns.

When I retired from Rugby League I found myself really enjoying helping friends and family turn their health around through diet & training. Wanting to push my skills even further I enrolled in a Bachelors of Sports & Exercise Science at University, where every day I can take what I have learnt and utilise it to improve the results of my clients.
I first launched FHF in Northern NSW, where I built up a great fitness community, running large group fitness classes, semi-private lifting sessions and 1 on 1 training. After moving back to Cairns, I have re-launched FHF and ready to rebuild that environment here.

I have been on the other side, and I know that starting at the gym can be scary. I am here to make you feel more confident in the gym, as well as encourage and push you to achieve your goals. I am supercharged and excited about the opportunity to work with and help my clients make lasting and meaningful changes with their life!
