Marsha is the Club Manager here at Your Fitness.
Throughout her life Marsha has had a passion for sport from little athletes as a junior, to competing in team sports at a competitive level in her teens and completing her Cert III & IV in Fitness as an adult. After 10 years of working in the medical field & travelling Marsha decided to follow her passion for fitness & began teaching Group Fitness in 2006.
Marsha believes working out should not be a chore but something people genuinely enjoy doing. She brings an aspect of fun to her training & helps people believe in themselves & their ability. Marsha truely enjoys working with people and nothing makes her happier in this job than to see her clients succeed.
Marsha stays in shape by teaching RPM & Zumba here at Your Fitness, as well as wakeboarding, surfing (obviously not in Cairns), running & Yoga.
So whether it is general tips, exercise programming or personal training Marsha is always happy to offer advice
