Max is one of the gym floor staff here at Your Fitness.

Raised in Cairns, Max has always had a strong focus on sport throughout his entire childhood & has participated in a variety of sports ranging from swimming, baseball, martial arts & rugby league. Max's main passion however is basketball, having represented Queensland and currently playing with the U/23 Marlins Cairns team.

Having struggled with his weight from childhood to his early teens Max understands how much of a benefit it can be to have someone there helping you along the way, to push you through your threshold and give you the tools and support you need to achieve your physical potential

Max can help you achieve your goals while helping you enjoy exercise and give you support to maintain it. His training ranges from weight loss, strengthening, bulking, toning, or just general fitness and well-being.

So if ever you are unsure of what to do with your training never hesitate to ask Max for any advise on exercises, training regiments or dietary concerns.
