After having some health issues, my doctor advised me to "lose about 5kg". So, at the age of 35, I decided to join a gym and exercise for the first time in my life - EVER. I got myself a Personal Trainer and set about losing some weight. With the support and guidance of my trainer, I went on to lose over 25kg and have maintained my weight for well over 5 years.
This had changed my whole life and the life of my family, I loved the process so much that I decided to become a Personal Trainer so I can share my experience and knowledge and help others achieve whatever goals they set for themselves. My passion is supporting and helping anyone, especially ladies who want to lose weight and maintain their weight loss once they've achieved their goal.
