My very own fitness journey started in 2014 when I made the move to Cairns. I started off with local outdoor bootcamps and slowly progressed to HIIT, CrossFit and Strength-Endurance focused training. I also very much enjoy hiking and have completed countless trails around the Cairns region.
Since discovering the powerful and positive effects of physical activity, I can no longer imagine being inactive. Not only has my physical health improved, but my mental health also improved immensely. I decided to become a personal trainer because I wanted to give my clients the same euphoric feeling after exercise that I experience. That accomplished feeling of reaching goals and the confidence and strength to tackle challenges head on.
I pride myself on delivering exceptional individualised and specific programs to ensure clients reach their health and fitness goals, providing ongoing support throughout all stages of training and boosting confidence and strength, both mentally and physically.
My inspiration comes from my own fitness journey and how far I have come both physically and mentally since becoming consistently active.
I wish to pass my positivity, vitality and strength onto my clients so they too can be the best versions of themselves!
It never gets easier, you just get stronger, fitter and faster.
